Our story

Started where the stakes were highest.

Livebits began in 2023, when their founders were working in complex manufacturing engineering and compliance departments — places where a wrong answer isn't an inconvenience, it's a huge payout, an outage, or safety incident. The teams available weren't short on AI pilots. They were short on systems whose answers they could take to an auditor, a regulator, or a courtroom.

So we built the platform we couldn't find: one API that reads documents, images, audio, video, structured data, and sensor streams — and grounds every field it returns to the exact source that supports it. First in manufacturing, and now continuing to build for critical infrastructure, media, retail, and beyond.
